The next generation of large single-dish mm and sub-mm (hereafter mm)
telescopes (ground-based, balloon-borne, satellites) and
interferometers, using new large-format fully-sampled focal-plane
arrays, will provide greatly improved mapping speed, sensitivity,
wavelength coverage, and resolution.
