In the present work we discuss the possible signatures of first cosmological structures formed at the end of the dark-age epoch (z ~ 40-20). These correspond to the spectral-spatial fluctuations in the cosmic microwave background radiation (CMBR), produced by elastic resonant scattering of CMBR photons by the rotational structure of the CH molecules formed in proto-structures. The chemical kinetic of CH molecule is calculated in the expanding homogeneous medium and applied to proto-structures in their linear stage of collapse, whose properties were estimated by using a top-hat spherical approach and Lambda-CDM cosmology. It is shown that the optical depth in the rotational structure of the CH molecule for some cases of non-standard BBN (NBBN) is rather high and could be observed with radio telescopes under construction. Possible future observations are discussed as a crucial test for NBBN models.
