The deep Galactic Center and Bulge survey carried out by the SIGMA/GRANAT telescope in the 35-1300keV range has shown that SLX 1735-269 is one of the ten persistent sources of hard X-ray emission of the region. In this paper we report the detailed analysis of the whole SIGMA data base on this peculiar object. The average high energy spectrum can be described by a thin thermal Bremsstrahlung with a temperature of =~50keV or alternatively by a power-law model with a photon index =~-3. Its spectral and temporal hard X-ray characteristics resemble those of the bursting LMXBs of the region like GX 354-00. However the light curve shows little variability, an uncommon feature for hard X-ray sources.
