Abstract

Surface plasmon (SP) excitation in Schottky photodiodes was used both
for increasing the efficiency and for creating sharply selective
photodetectors. Theoretical and experimental research on the selective
Schottky photodiodes with diffraction gratings at the interfaces were
performed.
