A drift kinetic equation is derived with allowance for multiple scattering of particles by random irregularities of the interplanetary magnetic field. A transport equation is obtained as well as first and second spherical harmonics of the particle distribution function for the case of a strong magnetic field. The density, current, and second harmonic of the particles are related to the density, current, and second harmonic of Larmor disks.
