Scientific paper

The paper describes a model for the seasonal-latitudinal and diurnal variations of density and wind field in the atmosphere at heights of 0-150 km and latitudes from 90 deg S to 90 deg N for January, April, July, and October. The model, based on CIRA 1972 and intended as part of a global model of density and wind variations in the atmosphere, is pertinent to the prediction of the influence of density and wind variations on the motion of flight vehicles.
