High efficiency detection of Near Earth Objects (NEOs) can be made with
a 50-cm diameter cryogenic mid-IR (10 µm band) telescope in a
Venus-like orbit. The addition of a 2-m-diameter visible telescope on
Earth would further increase the search efficiency.
