We are using our Palomar-Quest[1] photometric survey to look for strong gravitationally lensed quasars. The Palomar-Quest survey has covered nearly the entire equatorial region between -25 and +25 degrees declination multiple times in Johnson U, B, R, and I and Gunn r', i', and z' to magnitude limit 21 in R. To indentify UV-bright quasars, we combine publically available GALEX measurements in n (1700A-2800A) with the Palomar-Quest measurements in U, B, and R to isolated 2500 candidates in 2000 square degrees (limited in area by the GALEX coverage). The n-B color clearly separates stars from UV-bright galaxies and from quasars, while our UBR colors separate the quasars from the galaxies . Limited by the depth of our U-band observations, our quasar candidates have average magnitude B 20. Here we describe the the purity and completeness of our selection procedure and the method we use to identify lensed quasars. Of the 2500 candidates, fifty were selected for followup as possible lenses. Spectroscopy(DBSP) and imaging(LFC) at the Palomar 200" have confirmed at least one gravitational lens in the sample.
