A search for the Standard Model Higgs boson in the channel H->WW->lνlν with proton-proton collisions at √s=7 TeV is presented. This decay channel, which is highly sensitive to a Higgs around mH= 2mW, is crucial for exclusion and is also a promising discovery channel. The data for this search were recorded with the ATLAS detector during LHC operation in 2011, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 4.7 fb-1. We discuss the use of multi-variate techniques in this search.
