Search for optical activity arising from chiral molecules on extraterrestrial objects is of great interest for the studies of the origin of life. In the close vicinity of the Earth, two systems call attention in this domain. The planet Mars, for which a form of life may have been granted or is still granted, and the planet-sized moon Titan on which organic chemistry evolution is presently occuring in an abiotic way. Exploration of this last satellite during the Cassini mission offers a unique opportunity to test present day speculations.
