Cosmic Rays: Scintillations, Cosmic Rays: Intensity Variations

Recurrent variations of the scintillation index of galactic cosmic rays and their dynamics, which consists of a variability of the recurrence period from 27 and 13 - 15 days to activity waves with a period of 5 - 6 days sometimes observed directly before Forbush effects, have been discovered in the five-minute data of neutron monitors of the Tiksi base and the Apatity station. Activity waves exist simultaneously in parameters of the IMF and the solar wind.
