Recurrent variations of the scintillation index of galactic cosmic rays were revealed on the basis of five-minute data from the Tiksi and Apatity neutron monitors. Recurrent amplifications of the scintillation intensity of galactic cosmic rays with characteristic periods of 13-27 days and 3-6 days (activity waves) are observed which are close to periods observed in IMF and solar-wind fluctuations.
