The papers included are: 'On the stability of the earth's gravitational field', by Bulanzhe (Boulanger) et al.; 'Some special aspects of the position of the solar system in the Galaxy', by Marochnik; 'Spin-oriented exciton gas in uniaxially deformed germanium', by Kulakovskii et al.; 'Possibilities for enhancement of the transmission of light and other forms of radiation through soft turbid physical and biological media', by Askar'ian; 'The Laser Dragon - Flash-discharge of light into the atmosphere in the direction of the beam', by Askar'ian and Manzon; and 'Ray-jet engines', by Askar'ian et al.
