The discussion on scalar soliton stars are extended to finite
temperature. We find that below the critical temperature Tc,
the radius, surface width and the mass of the soliton star will increase
with temperature. At the critical temperature, the soliton stars
disappear. The epoch in which the soliton star can exist is given.
