Cosmos-1809 data on the modification of electric fields, VLF emissions,
and plasma in the topside ionosphere resulting from the effect of
intense decametric radio waves in the ionosphere are examined.
Significant disturbances of plasma and fields were found both over the
F-region modification and at the conjugate point.
