We demonstrate the possibility of the application of the inverse scattering problem technique to a chiral string system with the nontrivial group condition. We consider the Einstein-Maxwell theory with dilaton and axion fields and construct the massive rotating solution with nontrivial fields characteristics by use of the Belinskiǐ-Zakharov L-A pair.
