Using a variety of discrimination methods we have separated 500 radio sources from a very deep (4sigma=30uJy) radio survey into star forming galaxies and AGN. Hence we are able to reproduce the faint source counts by type for the first time. As expected we find a trend of an increasing contribution from star forming galaxies with decreasing flux density, with star forming galaxies accounting for 2/3 of sources at the faintest flux densities. Using the star forming galaxies we are able to derive the star formation rate density up to z=3 and find it consistent with results derived from other wavelengths. We study two subsets of the faint radio populations. Firstly, we examine HyLIRGs (i.e. starbursts with SFR 1000Msun/yr equivalent to L_IR 10^13Lsun) lying at 1.5
