Experimental data are presented on the doses of galactic and solar cosmic rays for the first half of the twenty-first cycle of solar activity under shielding conditions characteristic of the sealed section of the Prognoz spacecraft. It is shown that estimates based on a model description of the galactic cosmic ray spectra and calculations of doses from the galactic and solar cosmic rays outside the protective shield are in satisfactory agreement with the results of the measurements.
