INTEGRAL is a large European mission sensitive between few keV and some MeV. The satellite was launched in October 2002 and provides a large stream of exciting results. We will review the results from the INTEGRAL mission on galactic and extra-galactic sources and on diffuse emission. We will also have a forward look and see what could lie ahead of us in the 10s of keV to 100s of keV in the not too distant future.
