A brief description of the investigation on the polarization phenomena in the reactions dvec(e,pn)e', dvec(e,pp)e'π- and dvec(e,e'p)n at the Novosibirsk 2 GeV electron storage ring VEPP-3 is given. Some experimental technique improvements are described. The plan of the experiments on inelastic ed vec-scattering are presented. .
