The resonance amplification of spin-flavor precession of neutrinos in solar matter is considered. It is shown that resonant spin-flavor neutrino precession may account for the deficit of solar neutrinos in Davis' (1986, 1988) experiment and the observed anticorrelation between the rate of neutrino counting and solar activity. Experiments are considered which should make it possible to distinguish between spin-flavor neutrino precession and the Mikheyev-Smirnov-Wolfenstein effect.
