The static spherically symmetric interior solutions in the Einstein-Cartan (EC) theory are closely compared with those in the Einstein (ES) theory of gravitation. It is proved that the metric tensor components and curvature scalar satisfy the relations -grr]EC = g00]ES and REC = RES for the same set of the density distribution ρ(r), equation of state P(ρ), and the radius a, where the second relation follows from the Prasanna's assumption and the others are free from any arbitrary assumptions on the radial dependence of the spin density K(r). We also determine physical ranges in the radii for the interior solutions of three different cases using the physical condition v
