A relativistic plane wave model is presented for the calculation of
complete sets of (p,2p) spin transfer observables. We examine the
sensitivity of these observables to different kinematic prescriptions,
nuclear medium modifications of the nucleon mass, as well as different
forms of the πNN vertex. .
