The theoretical principles and methods of the relativistic gravimetry and geodesy are established in the framework of General Relativity. A gravitational field and properties of geocentric and topocentric coordinate systems are described by the specific forms of metric tensor, which is obtained from the Einstein equations with the help of the post-Newtonian iterations. By matching of asymptotic, post-Newtonian expansions of the metric tensor in the geocentric and topocentric coordinates the author has derived the relationship between these reference systems as well as relativistic corrections to the Earth's gravity and its gradient. Besides, a new term in the Newtonian definition of gravity was discovered.
