It is shown that, during decreasing-period and Pc1 pulsations at L = 3-4, one observes an increase in intensity-pulsating auroral luminosity with pulsation frequency which is equal to the frequency of the hydromagnetic emission, sporadic layers appear at 120-130 km, and a drop in electron density may occur at F-region heights. The auroral intensity and the amplitude envelope of the geomagnetic pulsation are modulated at periods from 5 to 40-90 sec. Pi1C pulsations are observed at higher latitudes at the same time.
