A latitude dependence is obtained for the mean annual ageostrophic wind at a height of approximately 95 km. The latitude dependence of the mean annual vertical wind is calculated using the momentum-flux conservation condition. It is concluded that there exists in the meteor zone a regular vertical transport of air masses which can be described by several global circulation cells in the meridional plane.
