For the purpose of observing high - speed electrons bombarding solar chromcsphere, the original fine H?- heliograph at Gan-Yu station has been reformed, using CCD-fast terminal to record local H?-active regions. Inserting a focus - shorten device in the original optical system and introducing an optical - interference slate - filter, we obtain various images in H?- spectroscopic region through the fast- CCD. After elaborated testing and improvement during the year 1999---2004, this reformation is completed with a good result: the space - resolution attains 1 arc second and temporal resolution is better than 40 frames per second. A class - M1.1 flare in November, 2004 is observed in high cadence H?-0.5A heliograms. Comparing it with hard X - ray and microwave burst observations, we discovered that a pair of conjugated flare H?- bright points approach one to another, not the usual way - move apart. Such approaching movement can be explained by bright point's moving along the magnetic neutral line.
