A model describing the formation of solid matter in a protoplanetary disk (PD) during disk formation which incorporates data on the properties of chondrites and the theory of PD formation is described. It can be used to describe a number of basic properties of chondrites and presents agruments in favor of a PD model with low mass and momentum values. In the present paper, this model is refined on the basis of a numerical model for PD formation. The surface density, pressure, and temperature in the PD at the end of protosun accretion and disk formation are investigated as a function of distance from the protosun.
