The problem of refining spacecraft motion parameters by measurements of range and radial velocity between the spacecraft and navigation satellites is examined. Possible measurement schemes are analyzed for different numbers of navigation satellites, and the optimization of the schemes is considered. An algorithm for the processing of measurement data is proposed, and its accuracy is evaluated.
