The method of reduction of plate measurements within the northern sky photographic survey program (FON) is described. The ACT Reference Catalogue was employed for the reductions of positions. The BJ magnitudes from the Tycho Catalogue were used for the calibration of the measured diameters of stars. The GSC1.1 catalogue was used to determine the (B-V) colours of stars. The USNO 2.0 R magnitudes were also used to determine of (B-R) colours of stars.
