The redshift-distribution functions of QSOs selected by the slitless technique are calculated taking account of the selection effect in the line identification. The functions are compared with the observed distribution. It is shown that, with regard to both the global behavior and the detailed properties, the predictions agree well with observations. It is concluded that the cosmological-redshift hypothesis is compatible with the redshift distribution of QSOs.
