The discovery of the Higgs boson and of supersymmetric particles are the main goals of the CMS experiment. This talk concerns recent analyses performed by the CMS collaboration on the possibility of discovering and reconstructing MSSM Higgses. Then the selection and reconstruction methods are described to identify gluinos and sbottoms and to reconstruct their mass peaks in a mSUGRA scenario.
