Using the data sample of about 33 pb- collected at and around the center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BES-II detector at the BEPC collider, the semileptonic decay branching fractions for D0 → K-e+ νe, D0 → π-e+νe and D+ -> bar {K}0 e+νe are measured. The vector form factors are obtained and the ratio of the two form factors is measured to be |f+π (0)/f_+^K(0)| = 0.93 ± 0.19 ± 0.07. The ratio of the two partial widths is determined to be Γ (D0 -> K-e^+ν e)/Γ (D^+ -> bar {K}0 e+ ν e) = 1.08 ± 0.22 ± 0.07. The absolute branching fraction of D+ → μ+ν has been directly measured. In the recoil side of the 5321 ± 160 tagged D- mesons, 2.67±1.74 purely leptonic decay events of D+ → μ+ν are observed. This yields a branching fraction of BF(D+ -> μ + ν μ ) = (0.122-0.053+0.111 ± 0.010)%, and a corresponding pseudoscalar decay constant fD+ = (371-119+129 ± 25)MeV. The absolute branching fractions for eight hadronic decay modes of D mesons are measured.
