The Super-Kamiokande (Super-K) has observed atmospheric neutrinos since 1996 Almost 10 years running of Super-K provides large statistics of atmospheric neutrino sample for precision study of neutrino oscillations such as CC τ-appearance, sub-dominant effect from solar terms and exotic scenarios. Also we present very preliminary results from atmospheric neutrino data from the SK-3 where 40% PMT-coverage is restored by reconstruction works carried out in 2006.
