A harmonic development of the tide-generating potential (TGP), named RATGP95, has been computed. The lunar part of the potential has been developed to degree five and the solar part to degree three. In addition, the author has considered several perturbing effects: direct and indirect planetary effects; lunar inequality; effects of the nutations; Earth's flattening; and time dependence of the amplitudes.
