The observations were carried out from 1998 to 2003 on the Northern sector of the RATAN-600 at the declination of the bright source 3C 84, in nine scans spaced by 12' in the sky, so that the entire area covered is 0h<=RA2000.0<=24h, Dec2000.0=+41:30:42+/-60". Nine observing sessions at wavelengths lambda=1.0-55cm were conducted, leading to a total of more than 300 days of observations.
