We report on profile shape variations (on time scales of hours) in the broad H-alpha and H-beta lines of Mrk6 and 3C390.3 objects on the basis of observations with the telescopes of 2.6-m (BAO) and 6-m (SAO). Variations occurred simultaneously on the blue and red sides of line profile and take the form of narrow, small bumps located asymmetrically. In the H-beta line of 3C390.3 a bump drift across the line profile (from the line wing towards the center) has been detected also. Such variations can be interpreted as the responses of different parts of relativistic Keplerian accretion disk with macroturbulence to a variation of the central source of ionizing radiation.
