USING incident mercury light, the Raman effect of sulphuric acid at
varying concentrations has been studied. In the results below, 100 per
cent is the purest acid obtainable ; 50 per cent is 1 molecule of
sulphuric acid to 1 molecule of water ; 0 per cent is pure water.
