A 300 g slice of the Bogou iron meteorite which fell on August 14, 1962,
has been quantitatively analyzed 239 days after fall for radioactive
nuclei by a nondestructive analysis of the emitted gamma rays. Three
different methods were used to record and analyze the gamma-ray
spectrum.
