We request a continuation of NAPA proposal C989. We wish to observe black hole X-ray transients in outburst in order to study the jet associated with low/hard state phases and the ejections which typically take place during the decay. This work will enable further understanding of the physical mechanisms of outbursts as well as the conditions under which jet ejections take place. Radio follow-up is particularly important this semester, given the approaching end to the RXTE mission, and we have increased our time request accordingly.
