A new approach to the study of ultrahigh-energy extensive air showers (EAS) is described which uses coherent radio emission from such showers in the meter and decameter ranges to synthesize radio holograms of the EAS. Since the hologram structure is significantly affected by radio signal delay in relation to the synthesis plane, the delay of radio waves emitted from EAS is calculated.
