We have found 4 SMC and 22 LMC radio Planetary Nebula (PN) candidates using recent low resolution mosaic ATCA observations. In November 2006 and June 2007, 14 of these sources were imaged using 6A and EW352 ATCA array configurations at 6/3 cm. Higher than expected flux densities (some over 10 times) were found and 9 were well resolved at 3 cm. The latter are extended up to 7.5 pc in diameter, much larger than expected. The present set of candidates will allow us to verify a new population of radio PNe and measure their flux densities in order to obtain accurate spectral indices. More are expected to be resolved, allowing size and morphology to be studied. Understanding the radio nature of these objects and their ionized structure at the known distance of the Magellanic Clouds will allow us to better understand PNe in our own Galaxy.
