YESTERDAY morning, August 11, I watched the northern sky for shooting
stars from a place near Baddeck, Nova Scotia, from oh. 30m. to 2h. 15m.
(Atlantic time). During this period I observed forty-nine meteors-mostly
faint-forty-one of which appeared to radiate from the constellation
Perseus.
