The PST is located in Poland at the Borowiec station, 20km south from Poznan city, at a meagre elevation of 123m above sea level. The PST consists of parallel twin 0.4-m Newton telescopes of the f ratio 4.5, fixed on a single parallactic fork mount. In total 158 radial velocity measurements of V440 Per were obtained with the PST from 2007 August 15 to 2008 July 03.
