The results of measurements of the radial velocities of 44 interacting galaxies are reported, many of which were obtained for the first time. The observations were made from 1977-1979 with the UAGS spectrograph at the principal focus of the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory. Pertinent data and additional notes are provided for the individual galaxes. It is also noted that three of the galaxies listed have radial velocities less than 200 km/sec: VV 499, 558, and 574. VV 558 could be a dwarf member of the Virgo cluster, while VV 499 and 574 may belong to the M 81 group.
