The radial velocity distribution of OH molecular clouds in the Galactic distance range of 1-14 kpc is obtained by assuming azimuthal symmetry. The maximum expansion velocity of about 50 km/s is observed in the 3-kpc arm region. The radial velocities in other regions attest to motion to and from the center of the Galaxy. From a comparison of the angular velocities of the clouds in the vicinity of the sun, LSR radial motion is estimated to be 7 km/s. Allowance for the present radial velocities leads to the determination of similar rotational velocities in the neighboring galactocentric quadrants.
