Results are presented of a search and evaluation of the statistical significance of the quasi-periodical structures (QPS) for the luminosity function of the galaxies in a few rich clusters, and for the integrated mass function of galaxies in the superclusters identified via 21-cm-wavelength observations. Some statistically significant QPS are identified. The periods for these structures are in agreement; on this basis a hypothesis is proposed to the effect that the influence of the QPS at the galaxy level is of a universal character. Frequency doubling is discovered for these QPS. The integrated mass functions for the galaxies from the catalogs of Haynes et al. (1988), Giovanelli and Haynes (1985, 1989), and Giovanelli et al. (1986) are illustrated.
