We detected strong X-ray emission from a Class I protostar YLW15, using the X-ray satellite ASCA. This showed a peculiar feature; three intermittent flares. Each flare occurred with the periodicity of about 20 hours and showed an exponential decay of time constant of 30--60ksec. The spectrum of YLW15 is well reproduced by a thin thermal plasma model, and the plasma temperature also showed a fast-rise and a slow decay, while the emission measure of the plasma did not show such a feature, expanded at the beginning of the first flare and decayed slowly through all three flares. Thus we consider that the three flares originated from a same plasma; the plasma produced by the first flare is re-heated quasi periodically.
