In this work four basic Planck units (Planck mass, Planck length, Planck time
and Planck electrical charge) and some derived Planck units (e.g. Planck force,
Planck energy) are exactly determined by solution of a simple system of
quasi-classical (Bohr-Sommerfeld) quantum dynamical equations.
