A quasi-biennial cycle (QBC) with a mean duration of 26 months is found in the Sigma Kp and AA geomagnetic indexes and in Wolf numbers. The cycle has the form of a relatively wide band with periods from 21 to 29 months with different amplitudes and phases. The QBC in geomagnetism and Wolf numbers is nonstationary: its components vary in amplitude and phase over the entire 100-year observation period. In addition, a weak correlation is found between filtered values of Wolf numbers and the geomagnetic activity indices, indicating a QBC.
